ProCouncil CEO, Richard Ivar Rydstrom, J.D. Biography

Richard Ivar Rydstrom is the creator of HotNeutral™ products including DefaultReferral™, OptInSettlement™, BKMods™, OptInMods™, Shared Built In Equity Mortgage™, Quarantined Built In Equity Shared Appreciation Mods™, LitigationFreeZone™, and OptInSafeHarbors™.  DefaultReferral™ is the first HotNeutral™ product on target to be implemented by WingSpan. DefaultReferral™ is expected to be an alternative to the old foreclosure-first approach, pre the 2007 mortgage meltdown. DefaultReferral™ uses other HotNeutral™ loan modification products and the expertise of WingSpan, as led by Steve Horne and coordinated through the HotNeutral™-AFN® network. Over the past 20 years, Steve has built non-performing loan operations for two of the industry's largest investors in nonperforming loans.  In that time, operations he built have successfully serviced and resolved more than 14 million loans totaling well over $50 billion in balance. While always focused principally on first and second lien residential mortgages, loan types serviced included secured consumer loans, credit cards, and commercial mortgages. Collateral types included residential dwellings, all manner of vehicles, and commercial property.
